This is Algonkian Park, which is located just north of my home here in Sterling, VA. On two separate occasions I visited with the intent of creating some high dynamic range (HDR) pictures and these are the result. Unfortunately the software I use (qtpfsgui - what a name!) doesn’t do very well in terms of noise levels, so these can’t be blown up very big without first going through a lot of post-processing effort. I think they look good at this size though!
